The Terms:

MH requires no upfront fees or financial backing from any interested parties.

We will meet with prospective investors to discuss expectations, direction, and standard industry policies for proceeding forward.

Our consultation fee is due upon actual legal contractual closure of a successful joint venture agreement.

The Fee is 1% of the final contract value as a consultant and 1% total CFI for brokerage administration.
