Recently I discovered an article in the Globe and Mail, dated October 30, 2007 titled:

Oil sands seen as threat no.1 as U.S. may target dirtier fuels

As the CEO of M.H. Crude Oil Broker, I feel a responsibility to offer a contradictory response to the points outlined in the article.

I personally, completely disagree with the article and the position the U.S. have taken in regards to the Oil Sands matter.

The Oil Sands, like many other natural resources are God given gifts. My personal belief is of a God who creates, protects and provides making provisions for all to utilize. We as the recipients of His generosity must only look upon the Oil Sands as another beneficially abundant and useful resource for our application. I do not see the Oil Sands as a threat or harmful element against our well-being or even worse, simply as waste to be disposed of. I believe that we must convert this valuable resource wisely minimizing waste through respectful methods that do not damage or weaken the natural environment any further. There can be a way to turn the Oil Sands from waste to profit. Dedication and discovery can uncover the new way.

The world is in dire need of crude oil and we cannot afford to simply dispense of a potentially very valuable source. We need to look at the Oil Sands more closely as a possible well-spring for further refinement and development. We need to explore all of the potential opportunities available here.

Our Canadian government under the strong leadership of Stephen Harper and his administration are taking proper and necessary steps to protect the environment and to reduce pollution. It is unjust and irresponsible for the U.S. government to imply otherwise.

I so strongly oppose the views stated in this article that I invite potential investors to invest their money towards setting up a “New COMPREHENSIVE Industrial Venture.” This new venture will target developing a method to recycle the Oil Sands waste to extract usable Bitumen.

We will work in conjunction with the Canadian government and all foreign investors by adhering strictly to the proper guidelines regulated by the Canadian Government administration. Our goal is to develop the Oil Sands as a safe consumable energy without incurring any further damage to the natural environment.

Through this newly devised recycling process we will also be capable of safeguarding our most valuable and necessary natural resource, “Water.” Our water supply will remain clean and safe for human consumption. At the same time and as vitally important, air pollution, which already is showing deterioration into the final stages in the “R&D Study” conducted by 3 different groups within the Alberta Environmental Research Council, will be kept free of contaminates by 90%

I can only see the value and benefits in embarking upon this proposed venture to develop a method to convert Oil Sands into another productive and profitable commodity. There is huge potential here and I strongly and with utter conviction, invite investors to consider my proposal here and to step forward quickly so we can move into focused action to make this a powerful endeavour of progress and partnership.

WE ARE WELCOMING ALL INTERESTED LOCAL AND FOREIGN INVESTORS AS A JOINT VENTURE, ADHEREING TO CANADIAN GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS AT ALL TIMES.
